I have some great confusions regarding the changes brought by the new Companies Act 2013 and their applicabilty in various subjects of group I. Plz help as to what relevant sections are applicable subjectwise.

98sections notified in sept 2013 will be applicable for nov 14 exams of icai.... visit icai.org for detailed list of sections or you can buy the revised edition of books of every subject.
These 98 sections are applicable in nov exam
Agree with above answers, notified sections have been made applicable for November 2014 exam. Also institute has published supplementary study material for the same. It can be found on following link.
