applicability of VAT Audit & Tax Audit on Services Provided

Tax Audit is applicable to an individual when his turnover exceeds 4000000 in a year. So, if a person's turnover includes sales on which Service tax is applicable then does tax audit become applicable to such sales if exceeding 4000000

For VAT Audit :- wherein the turnover on commodities on which vat is applicable does not exceeds 4000000 but when added with such commodities on which service tax is applicable exceeds 4000000 then does Vat Audit Become Applicable
