I want to wether Commission received on sale is attarcts service tax or not? and if it attracts service tax, under wihich service do we need to register.

Dear Sir,
Commission on Sales attracts Service Tax @ 12.36/- under the head of "Business Auxillary Service".
Kindly note that if your gross receipts from taxable services were below Rs. 10 Lacs during the preceding FY then you are not liable to pay service tax up to the threshold exemptiom of Rs. 10 Lacs.
