Whether GST is applicable on electricity regulatory commission or services by electricity regulatory commission are exempt.

Yes electricity generation and distribution are out of ambit of GST but whether it is applicable on electricity regulatory commission
Its not out of ambit GST , but exempted under GST as per Notification 12 /2017
