Applicability of gst on doctors
(1) In case of doctors, if they provide medicines alongwith consultation, whether GST is applicable or not
(2) if a doctor conduct tests also alongwith consultation, whether they are liable for GST registration.
(3) if any hospital taken the service of a doctor & pay him as professional fee on visit basis. Then RCM applicable or not ( no relation of employer or employees)
