A Firm migrated from ST to GST got Provisional GST number. But th trunover is/will be less that 20 lakhs rupess.Should that firm charge GST from its clients.

yes. the firm has to charge GST because that is registered now
Can that firm surrender ST registration and not apply for GST number?
and Till the time GST number is applied, whether firms hould raise invoice, with or without GST?
you can surrender after 1 year.
