Service tax will levied not excise duty since mere printing on goods doesn't make any new goods.
However there os something deemed manufacturing under section 2(f).
The case should also confirm using third schedule to Central Excise Act. You can same download from internet.
N it should be mind if it is not cover in such schedule than service tax will levied not excise duty
