my query is whether the above any registered person is eligible for composition scheme or not?
the above registered person may be restaurant/outdoor catering service provider or any other supplier of goods.

then above case no. composition scheme is available to assesses who is exclusively engaged in trader, manufacturer and service provider ( Restaurant , catering ) and assesses may in engaged in supply of exempted goods or services. composition scheme is available pan wise not business wise.
