Applicability of companies act 2013 for nov. 2013 exam?

can anyone please tell me, whether Companies Act 2013 is applicable for Nov.2014 CA IPCC exam?

yes the new co. act is applicable for nov 14 exams. 53 out of 98 sections notified in sept. last year will be applicable. for detailed info you should visit icai.org
