ya i too hadnt heard.. but still if there is any reference at anywhere... then it companies act 56 wil b replaced by co act 13.. ( For all such notified sections)

Yes in cs dec2014 Companies act 2013 is applicable upto june 2014 notification and circulars....

Companies act is not a part of cpt syllabus..

There isn't any provisions of companies act 2013 in CPT syllabus.
