1) Companies Act, 2013 is not applicable for June 2014 CS Exams.

2) The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified 98 Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 on 12th September, 2013. The government has notified those provisions which do not require further subsidiary rules, while other provisions would be notified in phases.
