Appeal order CIT(A)

Sir, for the Asstt.Year 2003-2004, we have appealed before CIT(A) for penalty levy and the appeal is allowed but I do not have copy of the same. When  I login in the income tax portal of the assessee, there the data is available only from A.Y. 2010-2011. So, how do I get that order copy sir, kindly advice
