do we have to pay 12.5% for filing an appeal before the ADC(appeals) on an order passed for penalty under a p vat act,2005?
if so pls. give reference of Deparment notifcation,Circular number etc.

After paying all the undisputed tax,one has to pay 12.5% of the disputed tax or penalty while filing an appeal before the first Appellate authority. Pl see sub sec(1) of sec31 (second proviso) of AP VAT Act 2005....MJK
