We are maintaining one Residential apartment conservancy Services, such as cleaning collection of household wastages keeping watchman etc. Is it applicable for any GST for this non commercial/ profitable Services. please explain. Thanks.

Sir its for society Rs 5k pm maintenance charge and 20 lacs revenue if both condition are statisied then GST is applicable
