Hi everybody,
I read Padhuka, TN Manoharan and singhania too but still im not clear about the concepts of AOP and BOI nd also i understand there is a difference between partnership and AOP. But i want it in a very lucid manner with examples.
Can any one clarify me about these topics?
In AOP any person can be a member like any co. or firm.
But in BOI only individuals can be members.
