Any relief of recovery
assessee got increased salary according promotion he denies promotion but his DDO gave increased salary (according to promotion), after three years govt. made recovery of the excess amount which he received till three year. (recovery made FY 2013-14)

In such type of cases Assessee gets relief under section 89(1) but for that you require to submit in time Form 10E.
