Any change for CA Final May 2012 Syllabus

Dear Friends,

I have a query  on the May 2012 attempt _ Syllabus:

Will there be any Drastic change in the syllabus structure by 2012 becoz of DTC Bill, New Companies Bill and IFRS.

By 2012 attempt I think all the above new things will be functional.. and will there be any new course material available from Institute ??__any views and suggestions are requested.
