Sir/Ma'am,

my gst annual return for f.y 18 19 is still pending, and my turnover is 2 crore, As talks going on tht govt may wave off late fees in gst return, whether same late penalty waver is possible on annual gst return for f.y. 18-19.?should i wait or need to file return urgently?
