I am an individual Shall I Take Annual Value for this year for Vacant Portion of house Property Income or not.Shall I Claim two residential building as Self Occupied in this Financial Year 31-03-2020.

Yes, You can claim two residential building as self occupied property for the f.y 31.03.2020 and subsequent years.

If the house is vacant for a whole period then annual value is NIL.
