Pvt Co.- For filing Form 20B I need to attach List of Shareholders. Here supposing I have 20 Share holders do I need to send through a CD these details to ROC? or I can prepare a list of share holders in a word doc, scan in pdf and file it with Form 20B pls sugget me which option will be correct. Thanks for all the Members for the support

Preprae a seperate Doc of List of shs. in word or excel file........make it signed and attach with form 20B.....it would serve the purpose........and as far as question of cd that is required in case of listed co's in which thr rthousand of shs.. although its not mandatory for them...............
