When we file Annual return (ie. within 20days of the date of AGM), then in that Annual return, Some details are to be entered. I want to ask that for which date we have to file the details in the Annual Return - whether date of AGM or Balance sheet date
In Annual Return, all details need to be put as on AGM date and not balance sheet date
