When we file Annual return (ie. within 20days of the date of AGM), then in that Annual return, Some details are to be entered. I want to ask that for which date we have to file the details in the Annual Return - whether date of AGM or Balance sheet date

In Annual Return, all details need to be put as on AGM date and not balance sheet date

just to correct you that annual return is file within 60days from the date of AGM held.
