i am filling form 20 b , i am confusing about the agm as per the form two condition are being given one is due date of agm and another is date of agm . i am filling this form for the financial year 2008-09. this is my second annual general meeting. kindly clarify my query and give the date of agm

Due date of AGM means
e.g. due date of AGM as per sec. 166 and sec. 210 of the Companies Act, 1956 i.e. if accounts are closed on 31st March, 2009, AGM would be 30th September, 2009 i.e. 6 months after 31st March.
Date of AGM means
the actual date on which the AGM of the company held. e.g. AGM held on 28th September, 2009.
