One of my Client co. Is having paid up 7 lacs But turnover 30 crores
Although filed Aoc 4 so that it could be updated in database
But MGT 7 is not getting prefiled and MGT 7A directs to MGT 7
Raised tickets may times but a failure
What action can we initiate????

Yes ,MGT -7 is applicable,it seems technical issue either at MCA level or Glitch in internet or Software issue ,( Adobe PDF), if you are using two pdf reader in one desktop then de-installation of one may help { Post restart } ,also check whether mca.gov.in is not blocked ,else you may have to unblock from preference-- trust manager--- site setting
