Dear All,

As per the companies act,1956 how long can we delay in filing the balalnce sheet of the company. Can we file 3 years later, and keep paying fines till then? What are the implications for default? What as per MCA also will be the penalty.

No problem at all as per current situation. You may file your current year accounts after 5-6 years with late fee. However not sure about future steps of MCA to prevent such late filing.

But what about the effect of Section 274(1)(g) in this regard and show cause notice to be served by MCA to the company for not filling accounts.

Regards,

Meenu
