I want to Know Annexure C condition
one of my friend want to registere for MVAT as voluntary
another friend having registration having 2014 registrarion can sign Annexure C and be his introducer

I have a friend who does vat registration work. He is very good at it. You can consult him and get your work done. Too many changes in mvat procedures , forms hence suggest you to take professional advice.
The Dealer giving Introduction should be registered for atleast 3 years.
The introducing dealer should also be a regular taxpayer. If he is not a regular taxpayer then your Annexure C may be rejected.
