Annexure - 19, ARE - 1 in Excel Format..

PLEASE SEND ME ANNEXURE-19 IN EXCEL FORMAT

If you have used ARE1 for Export without payment of duty under Rule 19 of CER 2002 and you have executed Letter of undertaking with Asst Commissioner, after succesful export sailing made, with in 6 months you have to submit proof of Export doc's.

for submitting Proof of Export doc's such as ARE1 duly endorsed by Customs, SB , BL. you have to fill Part-I to Part-II of Annexure-19 each month wise submit to the dept RO without fail.

Part-I - Current month Exports

Part-II-Proof of Export docs

Part-III-Pending proof of doc's details

Hi,

pl note that Annexure-19 is meant for Export made under Letter of undertaking (Rule 19 of CE Rules,2002).

where as CT-3 is for material sent with NIL rate of duty to 100% EOU factories only.

along with Rule11 inv ARE3 copy must with consignment.
