Annexure - 19, ARE - 1 in Excel Format..

i have some question

I Prepare the ARE-1 against CT-1 Bond

despatch of goods  Self removal  or Excise Wire Sealing

which rule  for both deapatches 

i just wanted to know, what are the things to be submitted, for annexure 19,

can any one tell me what are the things to submit for annexure 19.

I have already attached the Annexure 19 format in xls in my earlier mail.  pls see below

without  C Form what is the CST Rate  in West Bengal ( full sales tax)
