amount transferred to salary account

some companies some amount deposited to salary account for daily company expenses.
some time it's reach RS 100000 per month.
after that they collect from cash voucher that amount.
is it correct or not?
how much can deposit limit one month or year?
any query from income tax?
how can solve the problems?
plz I need help from expert.
