Amount of minimum bonus

Bonus is payable to a person only when his salary is less than 10,000.. Afterwards even if his salary exceeds 10,000 then bonus payable is calculated as if salary was 10,000..

So if salary was less than 10,000 at time of joining the organisation then minimum bonus will be 8.33% of salary less than 10,000.. If salary is more than 10,000 he is not entitled to bonus..
