I have been applied for changing the firm name & the time shows me till 19/10/2017
But it didn't changed till now
when it will be possible as soon??

Yes most probably will change within one month.....
we also applied with New ROC CER.& other Deptt. Reg.certificate . it changed within 1 month.
But the 1 month has gone for Ammendment
