Amendments to the payment of Bonus Act, 1965

My father is decleared as disabled person with 75% disabilities, now he is retired but i his office didnt paid his bonus for the for 4 years as he was on leave, but he was covered under Disability Act 1995 and he got full salary for that very period when he was not on his duty. So we claim his bonus, he was retired on 15-07-2008 and his met with an accident on 03-04-05, he an employee of autonomus body

pls tell me sir, what  is the minimum attendance for  geting the bonus as per act - 

30 Days  in a year is correct one or not pls tell me?

I wnat to brief explanation from your end about statutory bonus act 2006-07.
