take example your salary is 10000 & 5000 & 2500 & 10001 min bonus is 3499 & 3499 & 2499 & nil max bonus is 8400 & 8400 & 6000 & nil as per mine, this is the clarification asked by you if i am wrong correct me i am also learner

pls tell me our bonus this year was given to only 4 thousand but i am not came in bonus act so they are give me only 4000/ as a x gresia scheme and other emplyee is set in this new bonus act so that amt. is 8400Rs. and our amt. is 4000 but we say to management plz yu are settle this amt. equally distributed . but management was not agreed so give me the solution immediatily what can we do next step as par as law.

there is no option for you if you exceed 10000 we cannot do anything as per law if the company pays that is not a statutory payment
Whether the definition of Salary & Wages includes HRA and other allownaces under Payment of Bonus Act Section 2(21)
if my pays ex-gratia and i am getting since my joining. but this year due to this ammendment they apply bouns act to us. i am working in PSU and my pay for apr 2006 to dec 2006 is below rs. 10000 and for jan 2007 to mar 2007 is above 10000. what rules applicable to me

Hi, It would be appreciated if we could get the clarification ASAP. 1) If an employee's Basic is Rs. 10000/- then how much we need to pay - either we have to pay 8.33% on cieling limit ( 3500) or 8.33% on Basic salary ( 10.000)? Thanx Amjad

Please also send me latest copy of notification on payment of bonus inwhich ceiling is rasied from 3500 to 10000/- and also let me know whether this is applicatble to all the contractual employees working in PGIMER, Chandigarh on contract basis under group B,C, D categories.
Please confirm me a person basic salary is below 10000 during the accounting year 2006-07 (FY 2007-08) Is he entitled for bonus
