amendment in sebi guidelines

First of All SEBI Guidelines are removed and in place of that SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 are existing.

Second as per the notification of the ICAI, SEBI Guidelines(which are removed or rescinded) and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 are not applcable to MAY 2010 Exam. The Student should study SEBI Act, 1992.

As per RTP, SEBI ICDR is not applicable... so it wont be asked..

SEBI DIP is old provision, so it become sunset provision & ICAI never used to aksed about sunset provision..

so no need to read both..

however SEBI regulation for Employee Stock Option Scheme is recommandatory as per RTP..

nd also the differences between ICDR & DIP must be read atleast 1 or 2 times...
