How to amend partnership deed in case of admission and retirement of partner.

first read old partnership deed there will be clause for same do that as per deed

you need to prepare a revised p'ship deed for admission of partner as old partner is retiring and new one admitted so there's a change in the constitution of firm which needs to be registered with the ROF
