A Company thinking of changing its registered office or In Partnership, A partner is to be added....What About the addition in goods traded...
IT WUD B BETTER IF U INCORPORATE THE CHANGES BEFORE AMENDMENT SO THAT U WONT FIND ANY DIFFICULTY IN MIGRATION TO GST. AT THE TIME OF GETTING REGISTERED IN GST REGIME JUST UPLOAD THE ALTERED DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFY NAME OF NEW PARTNERS.
It is always better to ensure that changes are made wef from the last day/ of this yr or 1st day of next year. Anyway GST would be put in place most likely only by 1st July 2017, therefore should not be a problem.
