can i change my proprietorship status into partnership firm in during the year?? by amendment fields

No, as GSTIN in PAN based.
The PAN of the entity will change upon conversion from proprietorship into partnership. So, you cannot change the status from amendments section. The proprietorship GSTIN has to be surrendered and fresh application should be made for partnership GSTIN.
