I have paid amazon membership fee on which they are charged Igst., Now can avail ITC on that.

if it is for your business then you can claim ITC
As was mentioned, you can claim ITC only if the subscripttion was purchased for your business and not your personal use
Whether i can claim, ITC or not different issue.
Amazon never file GST returns for their GST bills (prime member ship bill)
Like this many big companies not paying GST amount to goverment.
