hello everyone
i had passed CPT test in 2008 and got registered for Articleship. i did training for more than 18 months and appeared in PCE exams but couldnot clear. Unfortunately, i had to join a job because of family problem and had to quit CA. But now i wish to continue my CA studies. Please guide me.
Hi Rajesh you can continue your CA..and you will get exemption in articleship for the period which you have already done provided you have all the necessary documents. and for your information now PCC Course is renamed as IPC which consist 7 subjects for more information click on this link.

syllabus of PCC and IPC is almost same with minor changes Accounts is divided into 2 parts so total subject comes to 7 and you have to fill conversion form from PCC to IPC (at S.no 3 on link) and submit it to ICAI here is the link from where you can download this form :

and submit this form with necessary documents and fess if appicable and please note that you can start your articleship after clearing IPC exam.
