Altered MOA & AOA

hi

while filling Form 23 upon change of name of Company. the altered MoA & AoA is required to be filled.

my question is that whether the subscribers sheet is to attached or not. if attached then whether it will be handwritten with current shareholders or the old one attached while filling Form 1 at the time of incorporation.
