Which allowances comes under 'Allowances not exempt' in ITR1

Any additional payment/facility/perquisite, whatever be its name, given/paid by employer to its employee, over and above basic salary + DA; and which is not exempt under any section/s (e.g. 10, 17) of IT act, or given over the exemption limit specified under the section.... are 'Allowance not exempt' in ITR......

Sir, is DA is a part of basic pay or come under allwances not exempted.Please clear it.

It should be included under 'Allowances not exempted'.

But the part which is taxable is to be included under 'Allowance not Exempted'
