                            What is the procedure for allotment in a public Company.

For public Company as per Section 75 of the Companies Act, 1956 just pass board resolution for the allotment of shares & file Form 2 within 30  days from the date of allotment.

As per section 75 pass board resolution and file form 2. Attach the list of allotees with form 2.
