Is GST registration mandatory for below 20Lacs revenue generated only via online service thru website/app which provides news alerts

Services like alert on news of particular scriptt...which is subscribed by a user

Electronic Commerce means supply of goods and services over electronic network.

Electronic Commerce Operators means any person who owns ,Operate or manage digital or electronic facility or platform for e-commerce.


if it covered under this then registration is Mandatory
