I have obtained the agriculture jewelry loan from the bank. Is there any provision for such loan repayment in the income tax.

Since agricultural income is exempted from payment of income-tax. Any expenditure laid down to earn such exempted income is not deductible while computing the total income. Please go through section 14A.
