If a Govt. Employee or other Employee have also earn money from Agriculture land. then will agriculture income taxable or not?

Agriculture Income is exempt.u/s10(1).
However Agricultural income exceeds 5000p.a AND Non Agricultural income exceeds basic exemption limit
Then taxable
