Although there is no age to learn something but what do you think, at what age should normally a student complete his studies and start earnings?

it depends on person to person ....
some person give more important to money and some give importance to Knowledge .............
its depends on you.... , TO WHOM U GIVE IMPORTANCE....

There is no age of learning, but for sure the age of when you should start earning.
Starting work is important as this is the time when your experience starts counting. So 23-24 would a desired age to start working.
