I wanted to know what will be the effect of comapanies act 2013 on the subject Financial reporting. Since I am a student of final I have old notes with me. Is there minor changes or there is some major one. Do I need to take classes again due to the applicability of companies act 2013. or previous yr notes will be sufficient? 98 sections are applicable and all are important especially for audit and law. i think you are capable enough to read these sections on your own and you wont need any xtra classes. for all subjects of grp 1 you will have to buy new book to see the changes. i will suggest that dont delay and buy new books as soon as possible so that you get more time to revise new topics.
