Advocate to register under CGST Act-2017

Experts,

1. The individual practicing advocate is getting the fees from his client more than Rs 21.00 Lakhs during this first half of this FY.

2. He does not have the GSTIN.

3. His client is discharging their GST liability under RCM method.

4. Now the query is that whether this individual practicing Advocate needs to get register under GST Act as a mandatory basis.
