Greetings for the day...

So me and my friends are starting up a new ad agency in Mumbai mostly focussed on outdoor billboards.

What type of registrations and permits are required for such a business?

We wont have to pay tax until our turnover is above 9 lakhs.. right?

We are trying to do this without CA because we have very limited fundings as of now....This is a small start up rather project.

As our project grows then we will afford to consult someone professional but until then I would really appreciate if anyone can help us out.

I have a friend who is giving CA finals right now so I cant bother him until 9th June.
