advance tax liability when?

Is it net of tds? For example tax liability is 15000 and tds of 10000 already deducted. Is assesse liable to deduct advance tax?

YES....

YOU ARE RIGHT IT IS CALCULATED AFTER CONSIDERING TDS DEDUCTED BY PARTIES 

ASSESSE IS NOT LIABLE TO DEPOSITE ADVANCE TAX
