i am a salaried person given 50K for Booking house but later the deal was cancelled and the said 50k forfeited by the builder.
how could i claim in the income tax as deduction etc....

u cannot claim dis unless u purchase property on paper is finalised...Refer sec51
This is really bad attitude from builders and it well harm us only. We need to find out the way to get out from it. Please suggest your opinions or solutions on it.
